The location, the staff, the view were great. Food was not pretentious, but delicious. Very quiet and calm during the week. It was clean and cosy.

We arrived in the hotel and it was not heated. Absolutely unacceptable for mid-March in Bulgaria. The receptionist explained it was because of the very few occupied rooms this day. We left directly because the conditions were not proper to stay.

“Alright”
The location was good (just as expected) it also has a tiny parking like 2-3 parking spots. The view from the Hotel was stunning. The spa was working.

It was very clean, the room we've been in had view to the lake The food was delicious, the personnel was nice. It is perfect for escape from the city. It has everything a person needs to relax and reset :)

“Good place to visit”
Warm and clean rooms. Great location. Spa was with great view. Staff was responsive. Hotel is not very big so it is not overcrowded.
