Great apartment in a good location - 2 minutes to a good beach and near the bus route into Tel Aviv. However, as with much of Tel Aviv, Bat Yam and Israel generally, the area is a little bit scruffy and run-down. Shiny new blocks are being built, but tourist infrastructure is lagging behind - yet everything except public transport is very expensive.
