“Recommended and great value for money”

The stuff were excellent and very helpful. That was the highlight. The rooms were basic but clean and good value for money. The kitchen had all the utensils required. The air-conditioner in the room worked well.

Very comfortable room with private bathroom. Great location and great common area. Soap and shampoo provided along with towels.

Nice staff, comfortabe, good place to stay. I liked the coco shampoo. If you need to visit a store, try the one above mamis restaurant for fresh stuff. You can just walk over to the bar of the next door hostel for cheap drinks

Nice place basically on the water, close to the supermarket and restaurants. Room was basic but comfortable. Staff is very helpful! We got a lot of recommendations and they helped us book a shuttle.

Receptionist Alison was really wrlcoming and nice. Your can hear the waves when sleeping.Love it. Easy taxi from the deck.

Alison at the reception was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh sheets are provided every two days. They gave us two clean towels every day. All this was very much appreciated especially since we would go to the beach. Wizard beach which is a 20 min walk was the best beach I’ve been to in Bocas.

The staff were super lovely, especially Angel! He was so friendly! The location was great. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked the attention to detail by adding soap and shower gel in the bathroom. I also liked that they provided paper towels in the kitchen. Very thoughtful! Keep up the great work!

The room was a bit small and the shower room was very cramped. There was no hot water, though I’m not sure if that’s common across all hotels and hostels on the island. The building itself is quite basic in construction, but it’s set right on the water—actually built over it—which gives it a unique charm. There’s a lovely deck where you can relax and enjoy the view. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions or needs. There are a couple of nice restaurants on either side of the hostel. I would stay here again.

“Amazing place to relax with delicious breakfast options”

My husband and I decided to spend a week in Bastimentos. It is a calm place to stay at. The location is perfect, everything's nearby, and it's right in the middle of Old Bank. The deck is a great place to just relax, chill, read a book, listen to some music or watch the sunset. Even though the kitchen is small, it has most necessary things. When in need of a water taxi, please ask for Maya. He's nice, responsible, and very punctual. Finally, the star of our stay, and the cherry on top were the daily breakfast options offered by Kiosco&Pescador. Eunice was the kindest and her food was the most delicious.
