We had a studio with sea view so great to have the extra room and balcony. The location was good for exploring in the countryside but a bit far away from the old port. But we knew what we were booking so it suited us. Great that there was parking as well.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. We received a very warm welcome from Carla and Rares at reception, and they were incredibly helpful in every way. Carla even booked additional hotels for us since we don't speak French – we were so impressed! The room wasn't quite as we had envisioned, and Rares arranged for us to have two separate single duvets, which were brought to us within minutes. This level of service is something you rarely find in other hotels, and we had already stayed in eight hotels on our trip. The rooms ( Privilege room) are spacious and well-insulated, the bed is very comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable! The food was excellent in both taste and quality. The staff at reception, the bar, and the restaurant were warm, friendly, and helpful – thank you so much! The location is superb, just a 15-minute walk from all the sights. The parking lot behind the hotel is spacious and reasonably priced at €5 per day. This hotel, and especially its staff, are the best possible advertisement for Best Western. Modern hotel and large rooms but uphill out of town. We were expecting to have dinner but on arrival were told we should have booked as on a Tuesday was full. We had several communications a few days before arrival at 1930 and were not advised to book for dinner despite evening arrival. The restaurant is separate from the hotel and restaurant manager was very rude. We were not even offered room service dinner and had to drive miles to find dinner.
