“Fantastic stay”
This is a great place to stay, especially in summer when the pool area is open! It’s very beautiful and located near Perugia and many other places of interest. Very convenient for the airport too and it wasn’t noisy at all!

“Excellent service and very comfortable room”
We loved it! Great welcoming owners. Large and clean room. Very comfortable beds. Large parking. Clean pool. Our large family had a great time and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

“Very relaxing and family friendly place”
The facilty is very well maiintained and clean, the garden and pool are nice for a family relaxing, the owner is very helpful and friendly , the areas around (assisi and spello) are just amazing to visit,a change from the other busy places.

Very nice welcome, stay, breakfast and host. Perfect place for one or more nights to explore the whole region. Breakfast also very nice and gluten free products available.

Emanuela was super kind and gave us a lot of information about Perugia. She helped us book a taxi for the airport and guided us on where to order food from. The place is lovely and super well-kept. Everything was beyond clean and the room smelt amazing. Will definitely recommend a stay here!

Emanuela is amazing, she gave us a lot of useful information about the surroundings and was very helpful. The accomodation is very clean, beautiful and with a wonderful view of Assisi in the distance.
