“Perfect in every way ! Location was great.”
Property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of extra towels and bedding. Kitchen had everything you need plus a few bits on the fridge for our arrival.

“Wonderful stay”
Location is very close to Frigate beach - walking distance. The city centre is further away, would take approx 1hr walking (uphill/downhill), not recommended when it's sunny and warm. Laverne, the host, is a very sweet and hospitable woman, and available when I needed her. The apartment is big, with a kitchen with all the necessities, the shower is hot, wifi is strong, and airco and fans work very well! I would definitely stay here again, but then I'd rent a car next time!

Our stay at Cosy Nest was perfect. It was clean and well equipped for a week’s stay. The location was ideal as it was a short hop to Frigate Bay. Having a car parking space was also very helpful. Laverne was a fantastic host - very communicative and friendly. It was lovely to have a quick chat with her about how we were enjoying the island.

Great location, so close to Frigate Bay, supermarkets, restaurants etc! Everything was walkable! The owner was so friendly, helpful and quick to respond to our queries!

“Nice apartment in quiet residential area”
Nicely furnished apartment in a quiet, upmarket residential area. I had sprained my foot and could hardly walk - the landlady spontaneously took me to the supermarket and arranged cab rides to various sights. Really nice. The terrace is beautiful with a large pool and views over the town. Well equiped kitchen.

I'm impressed of this place! I was feeling great there! The apartment and swimming pool are amazing, also the location! Laverne is fantastic person and helped us even when we were living somewhere else (what a pity I booked the apartment too late, so there was no room available at Laverne's place). When I come back to St. Kitts I will choose only CosyNest. Highly recommend!

A superb apartment with full kitchen facilities, and separate bedroom. Great to have washing machine and dryer too. We had full access to the pool which was wonderful. Easy walk to Frigate Bay, and off street parking. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

“Comfortable stay and ideal location for St Kitts”
Great location. Only 5-10 min walk to the beautiful beach. 15 min walk to the supermarket and restaurants nearby. Very spacious. The photographs don't do it justice. Really comfortable accommodation. Plenty of room to sit and relax. Our host was super welcoming and was easily contactable if we needed anything. The pool is lovely, however we didn't use it as we went to the beach most days. Would 100% recommend

Excellent wifi, very clean, washing machine, reliable hot water, 15 minutes walk to beach and very short walk to two excellent restaurants, lovely outlook from the pool.

“Relaxing stay”
Absolutely everything, the views were stunning. The apartment has all that you need and absolutely beautiful inside. Laverne the host is an absolute gem. Very kind and welcoming, also accomodating especially when I asked to stay another night 😊. Was an absolute pleasure staying here. So peaceful and quiet, don't book one night though, its not enough lol. I wish I could have stayed 3 or 4 nights. Next time I'm in St kitts I will he staying here and for longer 😁😊. Thank you Laverne.
