Owner was very communicative with us to make sure we get access to the room since there was no front desk, just key to get by the front door.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious . There was free parking nearby and it was a short walk to the city centre.

Brilliant location outside of the busy tourist areas of Venice. A few minutes walk from really nice restaurants and bars, and easy to get to the main station and several water taxi spots to visit neighbouring islands. Rooms were clean, spacious and staff were really friendly.

At 8.00 AM very loud music of the cleaning lady. She turned on music on her cell phone very loud and early in the morning

Functional room in hotel apartment located beside a quiet road. Beds very comfortable. Great floor heating. Short walk to town centre. Public road parking which is mostly free. Do note that while microwave oven is advertised as part of room, it is in fact in a shared kitchen in a separate part of the apartment. There is a fridge in the shared kitchen where you can store your breakfast stuff. Also note, no actual cooking can be done in kitchen.

Lovely clean room and very good beds and bedding. En-suite bathroom good. Location only 5 minutes walk into the centre with bars and (free cicchetti) Check in was fine as the owner was on site. Luckily we found a free space in the very full car park

A very nice and cozy place for a weekend stay in Bassano al Grappa. The owner is a very kind and humorous guy and was always in touch with us. Very helpful and communicative. The room was simple, quiet and clean. I'd stay in the same place again if I return to the city.

Location is good for getting into the old town, so for a stop over its great. Room is basic but its nice that you have access to a shared terrace and kitchen.
