“Unprofessional service”
The home door's entry code the renting agency provided was wrong, so we could not enter the house. This is so unprofessional. To make it even more unprofessional, the renting agency told us afterwards that since we finally were able to access the house, then there was no issue at all and everything was fine. For future renters, be prepared to not be able to enter the house if you go through this agency. It looks like providing the right entry code is not important for them.
