Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Villa Senzen is a recently renovated guest house set in Baška Voda, 400 metres from Nikolina Beach. The 3-star guest house features garden views and is 400 metres from Podluka Beach. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. “The best place to recover from a break-up.”
The outstanding hospitality and taking care of us from the host family, who owns the villa, made us plan the next trip to Croatia as soon as possible! Ivan and his mother were treating us as if we were their family, sometimes checking if we were fine and if didn't need anything, but absolutely without any obtrusiveness. I broke up with my girlfriend shortly before the trip, and tried to ask for two single beds, instead of one big. Despite the villa being fully booked, on the second day of being there, I was asked if I am dealing well with my break-up. Such small things, like being curious and empathetic, brought me just another level of experience! Apartment-wise, it was very clean (daily cleaning + always fresh towels when needed), very stylish, the location is just 3-5 minutes of walking to the nearest beach, and the view of the mountains.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The apartment is very clean and tidy, with fresh towels always provided. You have everything you need as close as it gets—shops, a bakery, a market with fresh fruits and vegetables, and the beach is very close.

I had an amazing stay here! It was in the perfect place just a 4 minute walk to the centre and about 1 min from the supermarket! Although the room was small it was all I needed and having a fridge was amazingggg

Lovely room and a great host. Room was checked/cleaned daily and towels and bedding regularly changed. Very convenient location, only a short walk to beaches and town centre. Tassimo coffee machine with free coffee pods, kettle, crockery and cutlery - really well equipped for a short stay. Quiet air conditioning system - if needed, and a modern flat screen TV with local channels + Netflix etc. There's a Mini Market for essential supplies less than 100m away. Lovely shaded outside terrace with a sea view. Overall an A++ experience.

“Clean, modern, comfortable and very pleasant stay!”
The room was very clean and modern. It had all the amenities for the pleasant stay: the towels were changed daily, there was a coffee machine with different capsules; I had kettle, plates, cups, cutlery, fridge and har dryer. The bed was very comfortable and I had a lovely view. The beach was within 5 min walking distance, along the way supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants. The owner was very kind and welcoming. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and I strongly recommend this accommodation for all kinds of travellers!

Clean, beautiful apartment with a balcony and everything you need including a big TV (which we appreciated since we had a few days of bad weather and had to stay indoors). Close to the city centre and beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We are so happy that we chose these apartments—just 1 minute to the bakery, 3 minutes to the beach and port. The people here are very nice, and everything was clean every day with fresh towels provided. We are especially grateful to the family who hosted us for their advice, allowing us to stay longer and taking shower after the beach, and for helping with the taxi and our belongings. Such wonderful people, we already want to come back. My friends and I thank you, and we look forward to seeing you again

We were staying one night only. The apartment was very modern and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a pleasant stay. Everything was extraordinary clean. The staff were incredibly nice and polite, always ready to help. We will come back for sure.

“Wonderful vacation in a superb location.”
We loved our stay in Baska Voda. It is a superb location. Villa Senzen is 5-minutes walk from the beach and the port of Baska Voda. It is right next to the Optima store. The room we stayed in excelled in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The price of the accommodation was modest compared to what it offers. We also thank you for the kindness and friendship we received at your guesthouse. It was a great vacation, in which we saw lovely places. We especially liked the clarity of the sea and the fascinating combination of the sea, the beach, and the pine forest. In addition, Baska Voda and the entire Makarska Riviera are at the foot of the impressive mountains of the Biokovo Natural Park. Everything was perfect, way beyond our expectations. We will come back to this wonderful place for sure!
