Apartments Ivana are located in a great neighbourhood, very near to the city centre and with a big parking. However, the best of all are hosts. I came back after 8 years and felt like the most welcome guest. I would recommend this place to everyone.

“Amazing!”
All is super clean and neat. The staff is amazing. The views are fantastic . Definitely would recommend it to young travelers who are energetic and willing to walk a bit(6-7 minutes ) from the beautiful beaches . But it is a little steep so you have to consider little kids and elderly. But for us it was pretty good . The price /quality and everything was great! Thank you ! The airport is 1 hour 1.20 drive Split - Baška !

“Lovely Baska Voda apartment”
Ivan so friendly met us at the bus stop, carried our luggage to the apartment which was on the third floor with beautiful views of the sea and mountains from the balcony. Also helped us when we couldn't work the safe. Apartment perfect had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. Ivan is so welcoming and friendly, he also made sure our pick up for getting home was ok. A wonderful place for a family vacation. Clean, comfortable, with frequent towel changes, free air conditioning, fast internet and plenty of parking space. The owner is fantastic, very helpful and a kind person. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Everything was very good. The room was very clean and was regularly cleaned during our stay. The owners was very friendly and was responding to all our requests. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen included everything we needed. The conditioning was very good. The sound isolation was perfects.

Nice apartment with all you need. The staff is very helpful, everything is clean and comfortable. If you have luck, you will get a room with a sea view from the balcony and you can enjoy the gorgeous view of sunset .

Apartment is well equipped and clean. There were own bathroom with toilet in both bedroom which is beneficial for 5 persons. Every second days there was cleaning and changed the towels. The host was very friendly, kind and helpful. He greeted us in Hungarian language on arrival. I am satisfied our accommodation.

we really liked the room, well-equipped kitchen. the room was the best at the very top with a wonderful view of the sea. Twice during our stay they cleaned and changed our towels.
