The room is big and clean. Staff always reply us via WhatsApp. There were some cats walking around on the balcony at night which were so cute. If you like cats, you must choose this hotel!!! Those cats are friendly and hope for love. They like to play with us. They are adorable. I played with them all night. So happy. Also, the WiFi is fast!!

“Absolutely horrible, impersonal and dark car park and hallways whith nobody to be seen anywhere”
There is no reception counter, after a long day of travel, in pouring rain, I had to ring the hotel only to be told to scan our own passports and do the check in then download an app to get an E key which didn't work after nearly an hour in a dark car park we finally got access to the room and found a kettle but no tea/coffee to even make a drink, room was not serviced the next day so we could not wait to leave there

“Very good general facilities but poor management- apart from the spa/ pool and gym area.”
The best part was the pool and spa. The woman who ran it on the women's day was lovely. I used the pool, steam room, sauna and gym and it was lovely. No complaints there.

“Clean affordable stay close to airport and good connection, taxi and bus, to centre of Istanbul”
The only reason I chose this propery was because it's location. I needed a place close to the airport so I wouldnt be stuck in traffic in the morning trying to catch my fight.This worked out well, the place is located close to the airport and close to the highway from where i easily caught a taxi to the centre of Istanbul. i even managed to get back by public transport. The appartment was fine, and as a bonus it had a nice swimming pool downstairs. But it is gender seperated, so if you only stay one night, you might be lucky if it happens to be women or men's day. The price for the 2 night stay was very reasonable.
