Amazing stay! The room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The host was exceptionally kind—she even dropped me off at the slopes in the morning without me asking and carefully explained everything for my way back. Such a lovely lady with truly amazing energy. The location is perfect: about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop and shuttle, and around 15 minutes to the slopes, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Honestly, what more could you ask for? Amazingly good experience!

You should know that the village church is right in front of the apartment, so you will not have a chance to sleep longer in the morning

100m from the centre of Barzio which is a lovely little town with bars, restaurants, clothes shops and a very good gelateria! Best place to eat is at the Locanda. Our room was next to the church but the bells are silent all night and the bed is comfy so it was easy to have a great sleep. Room is basic but as we were only there for two nights it's all we needed. Dog friendly accommodation and our Westie would be happy stay here again.

Very helpful and obliging owner. The room was very clean and very warm. Perfect location in the center of the town. When we returned from skiing, the room was clean, the bed was made, towels were replaced, tea and sugar were replenished. I would highly recommend. Wonderful owner.

Great location in Barzio Center, next to restaurant and groceries shops, 400 meters from bus stop to Lecco and shuttle bus to the cable car for the ski slopes. The room is cozy and warm in winter and very clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful and goes well beyond her duty to make guests feel welcomed. Even after checking out she made available a small room for us to change after skiing. Also my son was craving some soft drink, but the shops were closed in the late afternoon, so the owner left a bottle of coke in the evening in front of our door. Wifi works great.
