“A great short getaway with access easy access to the local shops and the neighbouring Ocean Grove!”
Location is good. A little out of the town centre being a 4km drive but that wasn't an issue. Walking distance to the Barwon River if you want to cast of a line for a bit of fishing. Quiet suburban area of the newer part of Barwon Heads.

A cozy atmosphere was provided with a fireplace. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed - a pancake pan had to be purchased.
