Set alongside the 13th Beach Golf Links, Barwon Heads Resort features 2 tennis courts and a fitness centre. No breakfast. Owner rude. Rooms not clean. Very dusty, bugs on window sills shower head coming off the roof. Owner very rude.

“The staff were exceptional -super friendly & accommodating- & the room & facilities were excellent.”
Location great (close to town but away enough to feel secluded & peaceful). The staff made it a brilliant stay. It had a really nice relaxing feel to the spaces. Rooms were clean, nice & quiet, with very large dining/living space. Well equipped kitchen & laundry. On site restaurant was lovely for dinner. I was there just a weekend with my young son but it was a really wonderful experience as this resort.
