“They need to improve this hotel as looks there ir a lack of maintenance.”
Breakfast was really good. Location was good as well. Staff was fine but the checking took us ages to do as little staff available.

It was not possible to order something from the room service because nobody didn't speak english. And after calling several times, they just kept hanging up, which is very rude. They could have looked for a colleague.

“It was great, but could have been better.”
- The gym was great , the breakfast options were amazing, they offered omelet and tapioca made from scratch. The staff at the restaurant was very polite, helpful and pleasant. - The valet was great. The staff there was super quick and super polite. Even though, I had to pay 21 reais/night, it is worthy for security and convenience. - The room's size was great.
