“Beautiful chalet set against majestic mountain with game roaming - surreal tranquility.”
Loved the setting and the rustic yet comfortable chalet which is very spacious. Zebra, wildebeest and blesbok virtually on your stoep with the magnificent mountain backdrop. Relatively close to Barrydale itself and so quiet at night.

“Overall we loved the experience, views and comfort. Definitely will recommend and be back!”
The surrounding areas and views and the ability to explore the farm was amazing. Also loved that we were sunset facing at the River Ikhaya cottage. The braai facilities are great and give you options to braai undercover or in the open - such a great option to have. We also loved that we had our own little deck by the river in front of our cottage. There is also a viewpoint and picnic area close to the cottages on the river side and that was so nice to explore and enjoy. The best part of all was that our dog had the most amazing time (as did we). He was a happy boy with all the space to run and sticks to find.

Our 1 bed chalet was in a great location on the Tradouw river, quite isolated, great for our pet dog, and with a magnificent outlook. The stoep made the place.

“Breathtaking view”
The view was exceptional. The mountains and river right at your door step. It was breathtaking and very relaxing. Lots of thought was put into the place. We enjoyed star gazing and the hammocks.

Great place to get away from the hussle and bustle. Beautifully nestled amongs the mountains and trees of the Bronze Grove Farm. Big farm to hike amd roam around on and its just down the road from Barrydale.
