“A well-equipped, comfortable, clean accommodation for a weekend stay. Good value.”
Clean, well laid out house that was very comfortable for six people. We particularly liked the fact that the four bedrooms provided for two couples and two individuals, with convenient access to their own bathrooms. While we usually stay in or closer to the city core, this townhouse was well located for easy, quick (10 minutes) car access to the core area. If you have kids there is a good-sized park directly across from the townhouse.

Is the neighborhood beautiful? It is just 4 minutes from the train station, the house and facilities are new, everything is impeccable

There are some houses under construction nearby. The concrete steps in front of the main door should be longer.
