The front steps had no handicap ramp for those who have a hard time climbing stairs. The breakfast was the same each day and typical of other hotels in the area. I have had a better breakfast at Comfort Inn in Uberlandia. There was no computer in the business meeting room for guests to use which hampered my ability to conduct airline check ins, arranging appointments, filling out government documents for return to the United States. Even the cheap Iris Budget hotel in Araraquara Brazil had a guest computer available. The room we ended up with on the 6th floor had some loud piece of equipment over the ceiling that hummed loudly into our room. It may have been the pump to the pool.
