Loved this place. Clovis was fantastic, he went above and beyond in helping me with anything I needed on this trip even before I had arrived! When I did finally arrive there he gave me a warm welcome along with his parents who owned this place. I really felt like I was part of the family while I was here and it made my stay very nice. There was a hammock outside my room which I made good use of, breakfast was good (the breakfast lady was very nice too!) and the location is only a 10 min walk from the main area with all the restaurants etc. Very nice.

Junior was very nice and welcoming. We really felt at home in his Pousada. Room was big and spacious and we slept like babies during our stay. Breakfast was nice and varied. Junior organized for us two tours during our stay and all was perfect.

wow, such a genuine and warm family welcome! This family goes above and beyond to make sure you have a carefree stay with tours and advice. Their recommendations for restaurants was spot on as well. We had a roomy 4p room with homemade breakfast.

The owners are amazing, really welcoming, hospitable and friendly. They make you feel like home -- and this makes up for the flaws of the pousada. They can also organise day trips for you, which is really handy. The breakfast is tasty, and the common area really convenient.

The hosts are exceptional! From the first moment you feel like being home, and they are very friendly and helpful with everything! They arrange everything on your behalf so you can just enjoy your time being there. Totally recommend this place!

Such a lovely Pousada at the edge of the river! The couple who own the pousada are very lovely and made us feel incredibly welcome. They helped us to sort out our transport and shared a lovely passionate fruit cake with us as when we first arrived. The know a lot about Barreirinhas and I wished we had stayed longer

Never have I ever met the kindness I found in Regina, Clovis and Junior. They are excellent hosts. The room was simple, clean and very comfortable. The wifi was great and the location of the pousada is perfect. I would happily return.

pousada is managed by an older, super friendly couple. You will receive a warm welcome and immediately feel at home. Spacious room with nice shower. Copious breakfast. Our private tours were arranged quickly and efficiently by Dona Regina. And tips regarding restaurants and places to stop were great. Don't hesitate, this is a unique address to spend the night!

“Highly recommend!”

Highly recommend. The owners are a beautiful couple who welcomed us into their home. They were able to assist and book all our tours, including the scenic flight. There was always delicious cake and coffee available. On our check-out, we had to leave at 5am and the owner got up to make sure we had coffee and cake before we left (even though breakfast didn’t start until 7am).

“Pousada close to the “city” center!”

A very nice, clean and quiet pousada, 5-10” walk to the city center!! Clovis Jr was very helpfull and allways avaible!! Breakfast was great in all his details!! Obrigado Clovis and family!! Ate mais!!
