Check in process was very difficult for various reasons, but just gonna say they need better training for hospitality or customer service, in no way you should send anybody to look for an ATM at 2:30 am. No ATM nearby or at the property, no options but to get out even though Booking would have taken the cancellation fee anyway by the time I did the check in. I always use this card for reservations on this website. And belongs to my husband's, whom unfortunately couldn't travel with me. But I couldn't use it as a payment method. Understandable, however very unaware or unexperienced frontdesk clerk, he could have manage this situation very different and ease this process. No chargers for phone, wireless stations or very few units available even tho the date was expected to be high season and they praise themselves to be a Business Center. Really? The pool was under works so, no fun. Bed and linens or space for the room are ok. Breakfast was incomplete although it was supposed to start at 7 am., quite bland by the way. In general very dissapointing, I guess this one is also going decandent like the airline this group also owns.

“7 Nights In Barranquilla”
The breakfast is amazing! I stayed here for a week. There are many options and it changes a bit every day. Many staff members speak english. The rooftop pool is great. The location between two big shopping malls is great. My room was huge and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, especially the women in the spa. We used their services twice. Eric, a server in the restaurant is an excellent human. The staff deliver free snacks to my room each afternoon. I would love to stay here again. I've stayed in a few 5 star hotels in Colombia, and this hotel is easily my favorite.

“Great hotel and location for your stay in Barranquilla”
The hotel is nice and new. It has comfy rooms, a good swimming pool area, and a great restaurant. It is strategically located and offers everything needed to have a pleasant stay. I want to mainly recognize the people´s attitude as there is an excellent service from the check-in.

“Great stay in great location”
Breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable, the AC was good. Well-equipped gym. The pool and the terrace are great with beautiful views of the city, to the sea on one side and the river on the other side. Great location, great design.
