Reception was accommodating and willing to help. The cleaning service brought towels, soap and made my bed daily. I had lots of electronics out on the open when I wasn't in the hotel and nothing was touched. Trustworthy workers, totally on board with helping. With all customer needs.

It was so overpriced during carnaval season. There was no water in the shower. The location is in a dangerous neighborhood.
