Overall experience was really good, very helpful staff members and willing to go out of their way to help us. Visited with a group of 7 of us and was very practical that we were all on the same floor. Very central to the carnaval rooms have everything we needed, and the aircon was a ➕️. We enjoyed our stay, thanks for making it a good experience! 👍

“Friendly staff but old fashioned over-priced hotel (carnival)”
The staff was very friendly and supportive. Very well done for them! The location was good, seems to be a nice area.
