The staff were excellent but the hotel was very bad. The doors were old and made noise when they were opened and closed, and the bathroom smelled like mud every time the water was flushed.I am a very honest person and I say what is.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful even though there was a language barrier both ways. Breakfast had a fairly good choice of food though mainly spicy for local market. Dined in the restaurant for ease and the food was good - home cooking style, tasty and very good value. Bathroom had just been redecorated but no sink plug and no hot water.

“We had a very good time. Definitely we come back”
Location was excellent. Clean and safe. Breakfast was good . Probably good to have many options of drinks . Only one juice and water. Colombia has many types of fruits, should be nice to have a range of juices then .

Hotel needs a renovation and paint, everything looks and feel pretty old. Bathroom had a plastic Courtin with little whales drawings. Pool was not available and buffet breakfast was served by a waiter. No water available at room.

The staffs are friendly and helpful The room for our first night was noisy and the hotel changed it to a more quiet room without drama and hazzles. We even got complimentary fruits. Love the effort.

I didn't mind the plane, restaurant was decent, I mean for the price it is decent, the rooms are a little run down, if you just need a quick spot to pass by on, one night, or just a place to sleep and leave the next day it's good.
