I stayed in this apartment for the past one month. The only good thing about the apartment is its location, as shops are nearby. Other than that, nothing was satisfactory. The customer service provided by the property host was especially poor. The boiler in my room was not working from the day I moved in. I informed the host on Day 1 itself. Since then, I made numerous phone calls, sent emails, and messages about the issue, but no action was taken. Each time, I was told the message had been passed on, but nothing was done afterward. I had to take cold showers for the entire month, which caused me to fall sick several times. There was no toilet closet, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working, causing unpleasant odors to spread constantly. Although I paid a cleaning fee when I booked the apartment, the room was not cleaned properly. There was even leftover food inside the microwave. I took pictures and reported all these issues to the property host on Day 1, but received no response. I contacted the property host multiple times through calls, emails, and messages. Each time, I was asked the same questions and had to explain the issues repeatedly. Calls were answered randomly by different people, and every time they said they would pass on the message, but no follow-up action was ever taken. Finally, I was fed up and decided to vacate the room. I had a terrible experience here. I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional team as the one managing this property.

Absolutely loved the apartment. Had a nice view overlooking the town. The apartment was well furnished and comfortable. The location was ideal, just a short walk into town. Staff were helpful.

The property is large modern has literally everything you need including pots pans a laundry service fridge/freezer hoover iron ironing board hair dryer really hot water in the shower nice bed airer to dry clothes and quite too 😊loads of security cameras for safety can’t fault anything!!!! Meat market/butchers 2 minutes walk away with AMAZING PRICES!!! Maccy ds stone throw away even town is literally 2mons walk would suggest this for anyone!!! Thanks to the staff who were really accommodating as they attended to every need!!! GREAT COMMUNICATION!!! A MUST STAY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m actually not happy to stay there. Why The elevator was not working. my family and I got the flu because it was so cold that even the animals couldn't stay. I asked them to fix my heat more than 10 times, but they gave me false promises and just made fun of me
