“The Twelve Hotel provided a perfect ending to our trip.”

It was a very good accommodation for us. Exactly what we had hoped for after a month of touring Ireland. We stayed for 4 nights, wanting to use the last few days exploring new locals in & around the Galway area while staying in one place. It was a pleasure to return there for the evening knowing what a lovely place it was with all the amenities available.

The staff were exceptionally nice to our Dog Rolo. They were always delighted to see him and welcoming in the restaurant also. The restaurant staff were always happy to see him and gave him lots of attention. The receptionists made him very welcome and happy. Above our expectations, was so nice to be in a place that is so dog welcoming and dog friendly. You can see that by the way the locals come in for food and drinks with there dogs. Plenty of beaches and walks within a few minutes walk. Local restaurants are also dog friendly

Our room was so beautiful, comfortable and clean. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially Amanda and Barry- they went out of thier way to make our stay special. We had dinner in the gastro bar, the food was fantastic. This is a special spot. We cant wait to visit again

Friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed. Room had bath and face clothes, not availablein most hotels those days. Delicious treat left for us on arrival with personal welcome card, very nice touch. Great breakfast, cooked fresh to order.

Lovely atmosphere from the moment you arrive at reception. Very comfortable good sized rooms.

Upon arrival we were given a room that someone was obviously smoking in before us. No apology from reception staff but we were given another room on next floor. Cleaning staff should have reported room to management. Room should have never been given to us. Also some bar staff a bit inexperienced.

Location is fabulous, always love to come to the twelve when I come to galway. Staff were all very friendly, check in and out is seamless. Rooms are lovely and spacious with nice decor. Showers have great water pressure which I love. And of course I love that its a dog friendly hotel, while we didn't bring our dog with us this time, its always so nice to see dogs around the hotel. Love having the voyage products too but they do seemed to have changed, they definitely don't smell as nice and the body lotion is very hard to rub in and doesn't really do anything.

Lovely hotel, stayed with extended family for a birthday celebration. They were kind enough to throw in a bottle of bubbly in the room for the birthday girl. Breakfast was very nice, good choice and very tasty. Very happy to see they had free EV charging.
