Overview
Located in the heart of Barjac, Les Chambres du Clos offers B&B accommodation set in a former Capuchin monks' convent dating from the 17th century. The property includes a hot tub and terrace. All rooms feature a view of the town, a flat-screen TV, wardrobe and desk. The en suite bathroom offers free toiletries and some include a bathtub. A continental breakfast is provided each morning at Les Chambres du Clos. Guests can also sample traditional cuisine in an evening meal, upon request. “A lovely old place with lots of character and comfy beds”
Fabulous location, in the centre of town, but quiet and surrounded by trees. Birdsong in the morning! The beds were very comfortable and the decor a quirky mix of old and new. Our host was friendly and welcoming.

“Medieval experience”
Wonderful experience, we were lucky enough to also experience the Easter weekend Barjac broconte . The host was exceptional and very attentive to her guests nothing was too much trouble and our dogs were very welcome 😁

“Perfect one-night stop over while driving across France”
Perfect for one-night stay with the family while driving across France- the 2-bedroom apartment was large enough for our party and we were within walking distance of the charming village centre. Our lovely host had a hearty breakfast ready for us before we left for our next destination.

“Stay in an old abbey - full of character!”
Fabulous location in the former priory, just at the edge of the historic centre of Barjac. Interesting and eclectic collection of artwork decorating all the public areas. Rooms all a good size, nice high ceilings. Outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace.

Love the authentic experience of sleeping in an old convent from the middle ages. Nice to come to a nicely air conditioned room when outside was 39 degrees!

“Great for a break at Barjac.”
The building was awesome ! The place very quite and we liked the frogs waking you up at the early morning. Host was pleasant and guests acting friendly.
