“Amazing stay : highly recommended :)”
The room is very confortable and the hotel is very pretty. The patio is not only a lovely place to have breakfast in the morning and unwind after the day but also a space where you can have a chat with the owners who are full of advices and stories to share. If you want to stay in a place where you feel that ''mi casa es tu casa'', this is it :)

“Visiting history while living in nature”
The staff was very helpful, including preparing us breakfast before the usual start time to accommodate an early departure. Our room looked out over a nature reserve with a variety of birds who awakened us pleasantly. We also liked the two parrots kept in the lobby.

“Great hospitality!”
Lovely people, with special thanks to Claudia, who looked after us so well. Our room was comfortable and we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking woodland. The two resident macaws are beautiful and very entertaining. Great place!

“Friendly hosts and comfortable hotel”
The French hosts Flo and his wife were super friendly, they really did their best to make us feel welcome. The hotel seemed very new (or recently upgraded), clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too: local arepa, sweet brioche bread, egg, fresh fruit, perfect to start the day. There is a nice terrace with nature around.

“Amazing place :) One of our best stays in Colombia!”
Flo and Catherine we’re so nice and made us feel at home. The hotel is nicely decorated with very good taste, comfortable (amazing bed) spacious and very clean. Breakfast is good and there is parking, and the towels smell so good. Flo woke up at 5am to give us coffee when we left. The hotel really made us love even more Barichara.

“Excellent”
Lovely property on the edge of a forest and accessible to the main square. The couple who run it are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice.
