The position is amazing, in the middle of Sardinia’s countryside

“Great pool, nicely laid out grounds, beach is a walk away, slightly unusual food ordering system!”

The pool area is lovely - with lots of sun loungers. The Bungalows are all scattered throughout the gardens with pathways across the grass to each one. The room was spacious and we had a little fridge on the small patio.

“Relaxing spot by Cea beach.”

The pool area was very nice and relaxing. It's a close walk to Cea beach. Breakfast was included - really great croissants.

Good food and reasonably priced. Delicious fish dish. Credit to the kitchen staff who coped well with a missing dinner order. The owner, the quietest donkeys and the most placid dog will welcome you.

“Disappointing, Not as Advertised, Greedy Owner and Staff”

Not a hotel or resort, but an insanely overpriced “villaggio” (holiday village). It is not common to see dogs & donkeys wandering freely around hotel or resort premises. The “Facilities” section on the booking platform included “beachfront” and “free Wi-Fi,” among others. These are misleading. Not located on the beachfront. For the advertised Ivy Beach, guests must drive or walk 10–15 minutes. Beach parking is not complimentary, and sunbeds cost €20–30 per day (with a 20% discount for guests). Neither the receptionist nor the owner knew the actual beach prices, aside from the guest discount. Wi-Fi is available only in the reception and restaurant area—not in the rooms. This is relevant, as the property is designed like a campsite, with individual, semi-detached bungalows. Pool or beach towels were not provided; only after some discussion with the owner—following the receptionist’s “no towels” stance—were we given 2 extra white shower towels. The room itself was most basic, with a cheap and dirty appearance (e.g., shower curtains, toilet seats, beds and bedsheets, etc.). The walls are thin; you can hear your neighbor snoring and doing other things. Overall, it resembled a 2-star B&B—far below what the listing suggested. (While currently rated 3 stars, the presence of 4 stars on the key holders is a mystery.) There are better options nearby; unfortunately, they were fully booked. After realizing that we had been misled, we wanted to leave after the first night. The owner firmly refused any refund, stating that it was the online platform that processed the payment, not her. However, after I mentioned that I would contact the booking site, she offered to refund 2 nights—not 3. It was 9 AM, well before check-out time. This was rude. When I contacted the booking platform to file a complaint, they offered to reach out to the property—the fact that it would have 48 hours to respond was not exactly helpful in such a time-sensitive situation.

Friendly staff. Very relaxed. Lovely food. Not touristy.

Most welcoming staff and comfortably professional bungalow set up and on-site organization. Try the wine and 'home-made' foods 👍. Certainly a place to return to ☺️!!

A beautiful, lovely place for those who want a silent, nice stay. Connected to nature, with pool and super nice mules :)

“Peacef”

A little piece of heaven in the middle of no where We loved it here we dined here on both nights and we weren't disappointed beautiful home made items The peace and quiet and tranquility there is my favourite part The staff were friendly and helpful trying to speak English for t o Irish who were trying a bit of Italian I would recommend here as a home from home

Beautiful setting, very peaceful. The staff were all lovely. The rooms were very clean & traditionally Sardinian. The pool area was great.

Marvellous breakfast, wonderful crew and an overwhelmingly charming boss who even brought me her homegrown organic fruit into the hospital after I had an accident with my motorcycle. Definitely a place you must visit in sardegna!

The resort is in quiet place in the middle of nature, 10 min from the beautiful beach. The owner Mrs. Carmen Lara was always there to fullfill our needs. ❤️ The restorant prepare tastefull dinner and the breakfast was for all tastes - sweet or not. We travel with motorbykes and she let us park next to the rooms. I really love all about this place. The mornings coffe with the AC/DC singing BARTENDER 😁😉.

Outside area seemed pretty nice, as well as restaurant area.

The place was amazing, very peacefull and relaxing. The views are amazing. The little house with our room was very cozy. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was great.
