The apartments are located on a narrow street about 200 meters from the sea and the promenade. However, it is impossible to access or park directly in front of the entrance. Neighbors constantly place drying racks, chairs, and other items to physically block access and parking. As a result, the car can only be left on a nearby street. The neighbors are constantly shouting, and you inevitably become a witness to their daily life. Loud children, women loudly searching for their cats — “where are the cats?” — because there are many of them living here, literally everywhere, in every gap and on the roofs. Women run across the roof of the building, including directly above the apartment, continuing to shout and call for the animals. The entrance door to the apartment is directly opposite another door — about half a meter apart. Inside, there is mold on the walls and ceilings. Hot water disappears from time to time. There is almost no proper lighting; it is poorly planned, with adequate light only in the bathroom. There are many ants. The bed only looks like a bed — it is impossible to sleep or rest on it. The manager, Alessandro, was always available and tried to help. There is absolutely no desire to return.

“Everything You Need for a Comfortable Stay”

We stayed at the Sea Breeze Villa – Luna Apartment and had a lovely experience. The location is fantastic — just steps from the ocean — and we were lucky enough to catch an incredible sunrise right from the property. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. From kitchenware to bedding, nothing was missing, and everything was clean and ready to use. Mirko was very helpful and made the check-in process effortless, which set a relaxed tone for the entire visit. Overall, a great spot if you're looking for a peaceful seaside stay with all the essentials covered.

“Great stay”

An apartment in a house with two apartments with all the necessary facilities very good value for money, with a nice little garden for guests, very close to the airport. A very safe neighborhood with nice neighbors. We lost our car key the night we arrived and before we noticed it was missing a neighbor on the street brought it to us. The owner of the house lives nearby and is extremely eager to help his guests in any way, devoting time and energy to solving problems that may arise. We recommend this house.

Mirko, the Host is very attentive and gives useful tips for restaurants and nearby towns. He also kindly helped us with an issue with the rental car company. Very recommended.

“Not the best spot for the airport / city center / sand beach. But it was nice anyways!”

We really liked Mirko, the contact person who was always in touch and sent us pictures and instructions how to get to the appartament. We had no problem getting in. The place is small but nice. We enjoyed our stay. Cooked our lunch in a small kitchen (all you need is there). There is a good fruit and vegetable shop not far from the place.

At home we had everything we needed for a successful holiday in Italy. Great location near the sea, where we went for walks and also swimming. Nearby is a train station and bus stops, so we could move around freely.

Property is at a perfect location two minute walk from the ocean 🤩🤩 the room couldn’t be more perfect and the host has thought of everything you need. The host was welcoming kind and very professional I would definitely recommend, most comfortable stay.

An excellent host who welcomed us warmly, explained everything in detail, and recommended places to visit. He responded quickly to all our questions via messaging. He immediately helped when we had a problem - we are very grateful for that. The apartment is a small studio. Everything necessary is in the room, except for a washing machine, but there is a good laundry nearby. The host also provided everything needed for breakfast. Clean. A sufficient number of towels. The beach is close. Bari is 15 minutes away by car.

“Very happy!”

Amazing place to stay at Palese! 50 meters to sea promenade, good connection with Bari by train or bus. Walking distance to the grocery stores, few cafés and bars also not far away. Airport is just 15 mins away by bus. The owner was very nice and polite, ready to help anytime I needed it. Definitely recommend this house for a quiet beach holiday!

“All was perfect”

The cozy, little studio just perfect for 2 persons. We had everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable. We liked outdoor seating with a view to a garden and a lemon tree. And the host is a super guy who will not let you down. Mirko was so nice to us and helped us to solve problem with a hired car and even gave us a lift to a car rental … so that our holiday could continue, thank you again. The area is calm and safe and also in an optimal position to the airport.

Mirko was a very friendly and helpful host. He explained everything, recommended shopping places and the way to the railway station and was available if anything was needed 🙂 the accommodation is close to the airport, buses, train station and very close to the sea 👍
