Fantastic stylish property. It was immaculate and the spa bath is fabulous. It was raining, so we weren’t able to make use of the rooftop terrace, which is a shame, as it did look amazing. Antonio went out of his way to text me and make sure everything was ok.

Owner is very friendly and Kind guy! Flat was very nice and all was fine. We can recommend.

Immaculately presented, with beautiful decor. Bed extremely comfortable. Bathroom facilities modern and spacious. The spa bath fantastic bonus as was the exceptional sun terrace. Breakfast at the owners bar was delicious. The owners couldn’t do enough for you.

Nicolaus Suite was the perfect stop over before flying out from Bari to Athens. Located close to the airport yet in a very convenient location with good food options nearby. Our host Antonio was incredibly helpful and even picked us up and dropped us off to the airport. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photographs. Beautifully styled and very comfortable bed. We had a lovely stay.

The stay at Antonio's place was outrageous! Not only did he pick us up from the airport but dropped us upon our request as well! When we came for a drink at his bar we got spoiled with stuzzicherie more than we were able to eat! He went above and beyond to make our last day of holidays an unforgettable one! Really a role model of italian hospitality! Of course not to mention his lovely bnb we stayed in. Very clean and modern with all one could wish for! Extremely recommended! My host Antonio was exceptional. He arranged transport to and from the property and hosted me to breakfast at a nearby bar as well as booking dinner for me at a nearby restaurant. He could not have been more helpful.

Myself and my partner couldn't have wished for a better accommodation and host. The apartment's location and it's layout is just stunning. It even gets better; Anthony; WoW... he brings service to the next level. You're not a guest in his rental; you're a guest in his house. That's the supreme part of the whole experience. Perfect balance between privacy and hospitality. Anthony owns a coffee shop just around the corner, which is the neighborhood place to be. Breakfast, an espresso on the way... Heaven! Any assistance needed; Anthony is one text message away. Can't thank you enough of being my absolute saviour to drop me of at the airport to pick up my misses.
