A beautiful spacious two bedroom cottage with a lovely kitchen, dining area and lounge. Perfect location close to the Kalinya Estate where we attended our friend’s wedding. Accommodated an early check in at 12pm, which was great for my girlfriend getting ready for the wedding ceremony at 2pm. Had all the small touches that made the stay wonderful including cotton makeup remover pads, q-tips, water in the fridge, a comprehensive guide, a lovely welcome platter. Also had all the amenities that one could want or need including oven, toaster, coffee machine with pods, cutlery, plates, soaps, sauces etc.

The property was excellent, very close to the wedding reception that we attended. It was quiet and but more that adequate for our needs and would definetly recommend it if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area.

The whole stay was amazing. Although we were not in the cottage much at all the surroundings were beautiful, Paul and Kate were very quick to respond to our text messages. A cute little platter, and a little gift was left in the fridge

The property was absolutely beautiful, the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending, and the cottage itself was lovely, modern, clean and very comfortable! The hosts were so helpful, letting us check in early and leaving a charcuterie board in the fridge for us, which was a really nice surprise!

Very responsive to messages, clean, had some goodies in the fridge. The farm area was also nice. Very good value for money.

I liked that even though stated pet friendly, a confirmation email indicated no pets inside, however due to having an inside dog, staff indicated pet was permissible inside under provisions of not carpets, beds & lounges, which we found a reasonable compromise, & achievable.

“Best farm stay, feels like your own home”

This property is great place to relax only 1 hour away from Sydney, 15 mins to Bowral, we had 1 night stay and feel so relaxed here. The cottage has everything you need. Full equipped Kitchen, hot water, heater air conditioning. We were able to see horses in the farms. Such a special stay as the owner also provided us welcome gifts. Very kind and thoughtful. At night time we were able to hear the sounds of the nature. The cottage is not far from Avon Dam and NSW railway museum.

The property was beautiful! The owners left us a few gifts which we appreciated. We wished we had more time to be able to enjoy the property more. We will definitely be staying again

Location was seconds from the highway and brilliant for us as we were on a roadtrip from VIC to QLD and wanted close to the highway and accessible. Food was minutes away for dinner and the accomm was lovely and clean. Lovely clean towels and lots of little extras in the bathroom and kitchen

Our stay was lovely, the cottage and the surrounding areas were all beautiful and well kept. Checking in and out was seamless and the diligence and communication from the team amazing.
