With views of Metauro Valley, Casa Oliva Albergo Diffuso offers unique accommodation in the former grounds of the castle of Bargni Di Serrungarina. “Lovely weekend escape!”
The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. It was a wonderful family weekend escape from Rome! We enjoyed the restaurant (try their pasta with tartufo!) and the spa, in which we had a restorative massage, both for very reasonable prices. The hotel is about 30 min from Urbino and Aqualagna. A car is reccomended to explore the Marche region.

“Beautiful quiet location in the lovely Marche countryside.”
Breakfast is served outside on the terrace in the lovely summer weather, with great views over the Marche countryside. There is a good choice of croissants, meats, yoghurts, etc, and coffee is made to order. Case Oliva is in a beautiful location, with plenty to see and do in the area, and local restaurants (as well as the one in the hotel) to sample.

“Unsatisfactory”
The property manager was excellent but unable to fix the problems with our room. The receptionist was not helpful. arguing that the rooms booked were correct even though what was supplied was not as advertised. Restaurant dinner meals were good.

“Nice place to discover”
The hill town is a unique, cozy, and characteristic B&B with a beautiful panorama from the terrace. The staff was amiable and I liked it a lot. There is a nice restaurant. So you can rest a bit there or explore the north of the Marche. It's not far from the Adriatic coast, so Fano is close at hand. It's not far from the Gola del Furlo. The price was ok (maybe I took advantage of a last-minute deal).
