“A good stay but with some drawbacks.”
Outdoor space was lovely and was well kept with good seating areas. The building we stayed in was architecturally interesting and attractive, with some interesting touches. Nice deep old rolltop bath. Helpful member of staff helped us book a taxi from the station.

“Relaxing retreat”
We really enjoyed our stay here, the house was so cute and it was great to be able to lounge out in the sunshine and look out to the mountains. Our host was very helpful on arrival and helped carry our bags up the front steps. The town of Barga was such a hidden gem and probably one of our favourite spots during our trip!

“Thoroughly enjoyable stay in lovely rustic accommodation .”
Beautiful location and very helpful host, helping us carry a large suitcase up the steps. Plenty of fuel for the log fire which was extremly easy to light and was wonderful in the evenings. Fabulous drinking water on tap.

“Lovely apartment.”
This apartment was beautiful. Really quirky and different. Beautiful surroundings I wish we had longer but we will definitely consider it for the future when we return to Barga. The bed is super comfy!
