We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was ideal, allowing us to experience a more authentic Italian atmosphere. The room was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Best of all, Cathy was incredibly helpful and a truly wonderful host.

Such a lovely hotel with real attention to detail in the heart of the historic town. Air conditioning was a real bonus , wine , coffee and snacks provided and all included. Cathy is a professional and welcoming host , thanks for a memorable visit.

It’s in the perfect location in Barga. Quite central but not to the point it’s extremely loud. The facilities were amazing, room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable.

“Cool place to stay”

Stylishly furnished room, with some interesting modern art. Plenty of space. Excellent silent air conditioning was a godsend in recent heatwave. Free fruit and soft drinks very helpful. Cathy was very helpful with taxis etc. We liked being in the historic old town of Barga.

The property is very well designed and super stylish with an amazing host .Its in a fabulous location with all modern requirements ie Great wi fi .It was very quiet although very close to a great selection of bars and restaurants . We would highly recommend for a fabulous stay in the beautiful Tuscan town of Barga.

They were just amazing hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Kathy's English was excellent. The stay was a hidden gem within a hidden gem. I'd highly recommend a visit, and I'd highly recommend you stay at the art boutique! Great value for money and the most comfortable bed and clean room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It’s location, super quiet and great air conditioning and the little extras included with the stay including mini fridge beverages and fruit bowl. So thankful also for Cathy bringing my mobile into the local cafe when I’d forgotten it when leaving for morning bus for airport. Stopped me from having to run back up the hill and back!

Breakfast as such isn't provided but there was a huge selection of fresh fruit,juices,water and drinks. Replenished daily Beautiful room,every comfort met and Cathy helpful with information and she, Walter and staff all charming and helpful. I would absolutely return and recommend.

“Perfect 2 Night Stay in Barga ♥”

We LOVED EVERYTHING about this accommodation. Located inside the walls of the medieval town of Barga, Barga-Gallicano is easily accessible from Pisa by train and then a short taxi ride to Barga itself (not walkable). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was AMAZING and we definitely plan to return! Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owners Cathy and Walter, their hospitality was beyond our expectations along with the room that we stayed in for 2 nights. Personally, I don't feel there is a better place to stay in Barga.
