I liked the location of the property. Property owner is the friendliest and very caring person I have ever met. She provides with everything that people need. It was not just a stay but lots of emotions. You can find a lots of homemade jams from variety of home grown fruits made by the owner herself. Fireflies can be seen at night around the flower plants in the property. A beautiful and memorable stay.

Her local knowledge and great recommendations helped us discover the cultural and scenic highlights of the area. Even though our stay was short, it was truly memorable thanks to her.

Anna Maria was very kind and helpful. She gave us advice on local restaurants, attractions, history, and even inquired for the visit to Casa Pascoli museum. The room was very clean, very cozy, and comfortable. There was an AC too. The location was beautiful, and easily accessible as well.

The hotel has a very beautiful setting. The space was clean and cool, despite the heat. There is a full kitchen for guests to use and some basic supplies for breakfast, including delicious home made jams. The host is extremely kind and helpful, we really enjoyed chatting to her in the kitchen.

The breakfast was good - there were good choices of coffee, fruit juices, milk and water. Coffee machine had a good choice of options and there prepacked brioches, jams etc. This was a good selection for a B&B. The host was very friendly and accommodating - I arrived very late and left early and this was not an issue. In other places I have stayed, they are much stricter around arrival times in particular. Bathroom facilities were clean and well stocked. Overall, this is a great solution for me when I visit family in the area

“Lovely stay in peaceful town”

Anna Maria was an excellent host. The room was in a lovely town in Tuscany. Our stay was tranquil and we very much enjoyed our chats with Anna Maria. The place was very clean and comfortable, and she even provided plenty of food for breakfast, including homemade marmalades. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Tuscany. Thank you very much!

The host was very friendly, kind and helpful. We asked for vegan food, the host arranged for the vegan food. She even dropped us to the station to catch the train on the day of our departure because we had luggage. It was the best of everything I could imagine
