Set in a 3-storey villa dating back to the early 20th century, Residence Villa Linda is surrounded by a private garden, and is 1.5 km from the Campo Smith skiing area. Situated in the upper Susa Valley, the property is on the French-Italian border. The lively town of Bardonecchia is just 150 metres away from Residence Villa Linda and offers restaurants, shops, a cinema, cultural exhibitions and seasonal performances. Our studios and one-bedroom apartments have been recently renovated. Each apartment has an equipped kitchenette with electric plates, washing machine and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, TV, safe, wi-fi and a balcony.

“Warm, comfortable and spacious apartment for a long weekend”
Perfect for a family of 5, easy walk to the ski lift for kids aged 8,11 and 13. The walk was a good warm up for the ski day ahead and a perfect warm down post skiing!

We had a wonderful stay in our apartment. It was clean, modern and had everything you could want for a very comfortable holiday. In addition the owners are fantastic people always available for questions and extremely helpful. They know everything about the area, its activities, and they have an excellent partners network for equipment or lessons. All of this made our stay extremely enjoyable.

“Very flexibke with check in and check out”
It was very clean. All facilities new. Great location. We were able to check out in the afternoon with no additional cost which was GREAT. Elavator availble which was very usefull.

“Good place to stay in Bardonecchia”
The position, the comfort, the courtesy of the staff, the good quality of the furnitures and the over all quality level of the place. The villa itself outside is very nice!
