Great location and super friendly staff! Everything is clean and the hotel has a great atmosphere and personality, but perhaps some updates here and there would be good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean, and well maintained facilities. Ideal location, 10 min walk to the Campo Smith lift. 15 mins walk to the train station and shops. Private balcony and lovely views of the mountains.

Great location, easy walk from the station/town centre and right next to a lovely Pizzeria. 5 min walk to Campo Smith ski lift and on direct bus route to other lifts. Warm fire in the lounge with a well stocked bar. Very friendly helpful staff (which made our stay extra special), comfortable bed and clean room with a nice hot shower. We will definitely be back!

“A good hotel, good location and the Erica is brilliant!”

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Rosa Serenella. Breakfast was excellent. Erica on the reception desk and many other jobs was exceptional. She went out of her way to help us find somwehere to eat and was very friendly. She speaks loads of languages and is a real asset to this hotel. Erics - thank you!

very good breakfast, rooms clean and tidy, staff very helpful, nice bar and outdoor seating areas. large carpark. 5min walk into the town. Easy to find, on the main road . would stay again. ( stayed for 5nights July 2023)

Breakfast was great The owner, Davide, was a great host, helpful and humorous nothing seemed too much trouble. Parking was perfect and the setting, with views of the mountains, was beautiful.

Breakfast was abundant and delicious, I would recommend staying here just for the food! The owners (David and Erika) were extraordinarily kind. They gave us recommendations for places to visit all around Italy, made sure we reserved restaurants in advance on busy nights (with great recommendations), and always stopped and chatted with us whenever we saw them. It feels like a home away from home staying with them! It's a short walk to the closer ski lift and a bus just down the road goes straight to Jafferau, it's very easy to get to the slopes.

The owners are very helpful and friendly. We learned a lot of Italian from them! The breakfast has unlimited espresso and lots of homemade pastries. Delicious! It is a short walk to the nearest ski lifts. If you want to go to Jafferau there is a bus stop a few hundred meters away.

The breakfast was especially good with fresh pastries made every morning. The hosts were very gracious and welcoming - helping with anything that came up, including reserving tables at local restaurants. Also the location is great, it's a short walk (7-10 mins) to Campo Smith.

“Family ski weekend by train”

The staff was incredibly welcoming and accomodating. We were able to check in early and store our skis and luggage after check out. The location was excellent - close to the train station and ski hill. The breakfast was also very good 👍

“Fun ski holiday in a really friendly family-run hotel”

This family-run hotel is in a super practical location - it’s a 5-minute walk from the train station and 5-7 minutes further to the central part of the ski station. Everything is walking distance - city centre, restaurants, etc. The owners are omnipresent, from breakfast until the end of the evening. Plenty of recommendations (skiing, dining, travel). The breakfast is excellent, especially the homemade cakes.

breakfast was very good with personal inputs from amazing staff making up items (cakes, etc ) for us to try staff DOVIELL and ERIKA really went out of there way in every way possible to make us feel at home On Sunday we accidently locked our keys in our car and Doviell organized us his friends to come out to get our keys out of the car. this on a Sunday when we could not even get assistance from our own rental car provider in Milan. the staff were always there all hours of day/night to assist with questions or suggestions like where to eat, shop or even suggesting a nearby ski resort with better ski conditions

“Traditional hotel near town centre”

. Good location halfway between train station and ski resort where my family were spending a few days. My room was cosy and comfortable, loved the little balcony as it got the afternoon sun, weather was nice so not too cold to sit out for a while. It's a family run hotel so David was there at all times to attend to any request which was seen to immediately, very friendly and patient as I had no Italian, I learned a few words from him.
