Overview
Residence Chalet della Guida provides well-equipped apartments in the small, historic village of Rochemolles, 5 minutes' drive from Bardonecchia. They are quiet, have Wi-Fi, and offer lovely views. Chalet della Guida is a typical mountain building, made of stone and wood. The apartments have comfortable bedrooms and full kitchenettes with microwaves and satellite TV. You can rent bikes at Chalet della Guida Residence. There is also a ski and bike deposit. The Frejus Tunnel to France is 5 km away. In summer, buses run to Bardonecchia, and a free ski bus service to the Jafferau ski lifts is provided in winter. An airport transfer service is available on request and at an additional cost.

Wonderful peaceful place, exactly what we were looking for for a quick gateway om the mountains. Breakfast was amazing, with the best home made jams and yogurt. The people who manage the chalet were also the highlight, really lovely. I would definitely come again.

Nice place, big rooms, with a dryer for the ski equipment it would be fantastic. A bit far from the ski resort, tricky serpentine road, but it was fine even without chains (NY holidays). We couldn't drive up the hill to the Chalet, unfortunately; however, the parking was not too far. It was warm in the rooms, the water was always hot. Somewhat missed a kettle, though. There was an available sauna, that's cool. The girl at the reception was super nice! She's doing great!

“One with nature”
Away from it all! This is the kind of location where you go for the breathtaking nature views, trekking, walking and getting lost in nature. Restaurant in area that serves good food as well. It was raining but it was still perfect. Breakfast items were available in room for us to use. You need to park car spme minutes away from accomodation so better travel light.

“Awesome Gem in the Mountains”
There is nothing to dislike about this lovely place. From the box of goodies for breakfast to the shuttle down to the slopes every day, this chalet cannot offer more. It was so comfy and cosy and had all you needed to cater for your own food needs. The shower is powerful and hot and the towels are plenty and fluffy.

“A great experience !”
Everything was great and idyllic but just know a couple of things : you can’t park right in front so you have to walk up a steep hill. Also, breakfast is in your room but you have to clean up and do the dishes yourself.

Location was simply perfect. A getaway for nice and relaxing walks, the apartment is located in a typical little stone-Made mountain chalet, part of a cute and peacefull small ancient town. Extremely suggested if you want to recharge your energies from daily routine and stress.
