“Amazing place to visit Bardonecchia, the view is breathe taking!”
There was heavy snow on the night of our arrival. Since we were running late, the lady at reception kindly gave us a call to check if we were okay—a gesture we truly appreciated! The room had everything we needed, including a kitchenette. I noticed some negative comments about certain rooms having only sofa beds. Our room was one of those and we actually liked it! It provided extra seating space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the amazing view.

“Nice location, but cleaning was sub-par”
The place was overly dusty and caused two of the guests a severe dust allergy reaction, which is unusual during hotel/apartment stays. The cleaning team re-attended on the second day of the stay as requested, but the place required a deep clean which was not possible whilst staying at the place. The management office confirmed that a manager had inspected the apartment before our stay, but clearly the inspection was conducted in a very superficial level (the floors were dirty and the dust accumulated on surfaces was clearly beyond a 24h accumulation). The place (the mezzanine part and specifically the roof window) is infested by flies which means that nor the window nor the blind can be open without having several flies entering the apartment. The heating temperature couldn't be controlled despite following instructions, and the place was always 25+ degree, which was quite hot.

The residence is beautifully clean and well maintained. We arrived late (21.00) and were able have a very good dinner immediately in the restaurant. Giulia and the other staff members were very kind and helpful.
