Overview
Residence Arca is set in olive groves a 15-minute walk from Bardolino and less than 1 km from Lake Garda. The gardens have a pool, sports facilities, a playground, and a lake-view terrace. The Arca apartments are located close to the pool and reception. All apartments have satellite TV and well-equipped kitchenettes. The complex has 2 pools, one of which is for children. “Perfect in every way”
Second time staying here and absolutely loved it. Great location, fabulous facilities (kids loved the football pitch and playground), apartment was a brilliant size, staff were very friendly. Restaurant is amazing, we had from it every night either sitting on or taking away.

Staff were helpful, the grounds/gardens were extremely well tended, the large swimming pool and pool-side terrace were immaculate, mostly peaceful. The quality of food at the onsite restaurant was superb - generous portions and good value for money.

It exceeded expectations... having the surrounding greens space and shade in the olive grove areas were so nice to spend time in, as well as the pool (our baby loved the toddler pool too). The staff set up a cot and baby high chair in the room too. Air-conditioning was fantastic. Great location, short drive or walk into two towns and to the ferry. The view and sunsets were beautiful.

“Amazing Garda views from comfy apartment”
Property is huge and well kept. Kids loved to play outside. There is amazing subset from the premises and we also had lake views from apartment. Everything was working well and apartment was comfortable and clean. It was calm. You can order fresh bread for the next morning and it is super good. Restaurant is great as well. Pool seems ok, we did not have time to take a swim as we had busy itinerary.

Excellent pool and restaurant. Friendly efficient staff in restaurant/bar/housekeeping. Lovely quiet aspect overlooking the lake.
