The location of the hotel, the staff, especially Martina at front desk. Very helpful with everything during our stay nothing was too much trouble to arrange The view & the food

Great location and very clean

Comfortable and welcoming stay. Service from staff was great. Location was a short walk into town. Rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious. Private beach was so handy and we loved being able to order from the deck chairs!

Extremely friendly staff especially Gloria on reception who arranged a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. The position of the hotel was ideal for walking along the lake to Garda and Bardolino and the breakfast was first class

The staff were so friendly and kind. We loved the facilities and the private beach area. Everything was so clean and the breakfast was delicious. A special shout out for the omelettes and hot chocolate!

“Nice stay”

Very pleasant stay. The staff are smiling and friendly, and the private beach is a real plus. The breakfast is perfectly adequate Over my three days stay, I had a deckchair available every time, as well as a parking space.

The property externally looks very average . However, once inside it’s fantastic , right on the beach , staff cant do enough to help , food and drink are reasonably priced and the food is good . Perfect place cant speak highly enough and Frederico on reception is a perfect gent and really helpful

A lovely hotel in a perfect location, halfway between Bardolino and Garda.. All the facilities were excellent, including the use of sunbeds on the beach in front of the hotel and a shuttle bus to Bardolimo..

“Lovely place, great staff, ideal for first time travellers to Lake Garda”

Location, ideally located between Garda and Bardolino with a lovely picturesque walk to either town, safe and well lit at night. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help with any requests or assistance, there was even a free ride to Bardolino if you didn’t want to walk, and to a sister hotel that offered additional wellbeing services. Facilities, very nice pool, sauna, gym, bar and garden, and of course the private section of beach exclusive to guests for lounging by the lake

Always friendly and smiling staff

Great personnel as they helped me a lot as i twisted my ankle on Day 1. They organised a doctor appointment and were very helpful in adjusting to my situation, providing room service etc. Great food and location is amazing.

Clean and quiet rooms. Location for lake can‘t be topped. Right on the lake with private beach. Beach is not only pebbles but also sand. Most others in the area are either gras or pebbles. Property is in quiet location and easy accessible.

The ladies at the reception are very friendly and kind. Fantastic location, nice hotel beach, excellent parking within the hotel.

Excellent location, friendly and available staff at all hours, very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was vast and varied, and there are sup and kyaks that guests can use in the beautiful comfortable adjacent private beach. The beautiful beach is one if it’s best adventages! Also the hotel is directly above the pedestrian walkway around the lake, no road in between.
