The host Luca was great, helpful and willing to guide with local knowledge. The apartment is really lovely, very well-equipped and complete. It smells fresh, is cleaned well and accommodates a family of 4 well. The street is quaint and the locals are friendly.

A great apartment in a fantastic central location, where everything was walkable and super easy to get to.. The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed as a family. A great base to explore Bardolino on foot. The host was fantastic, meeting us at the free parking spot then helping us to the apartment with our luggage and showing us around the apartment. 100% we will be using that apartment to our next visit to beautiful bardolino. It was definitely the best place we have stayed in there.

Luca met us with the keys and helped carry our luggage from the free car park to the apartment a few hundred meters into the ztl. He was very nice and available if we needed anything, which we didn’t. The apartment has been recently refurbished and is pleasant and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with a good selection of glassware and plenty of dishwashing and washing machine tablets, cleaning products, etc. The two little balconies look onto a pedestrian shopping street that provides entertainment during the day and was fairly quiet at night, it didn’t disrupt our sleep even over a weekend.

We are a family of 4, 2 adults, a 10 and 5 years old, our stay from start to finish was amazing. We arrived 2 hours early, and within 60 seconds, Luca came to meet us with the keys. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need throughout our stay. The location was perfect, close enough to the bars and restaurants, but did not get the noise from them. The lake was around a 3-minute walk. Our host Luca and his wife were very accommodating. Honestly, I couldn't recommend this apartment enough! We can't wait to come back.

Luca, our host, could not have been more helpful. He very kindly met us at the airport and allowed my granddaughter and her partner to lock their bikes in his garage( they had cycled from Sicily to meet us in Bardolino!). We were all so happy with the immaculate apartment.

Luca is a very nice host who did everything possible to make our stay comfortabel. Picking the key and finding the parking space was easy due to prompt communication. The appartment is modern, very clean, well equipped and right in the center of Bardolino. Definitly I can recommend this appartment and also the Ruzzenenti family as host.

Casa Pina is centrally located in a narrow street, approx 5 minutes' walk from the ferry terminal. Its position makes it easy to move around and try different restaurants/bars in the area. Although the living area and kitchen is small (and would definitely be for 4 people if you spent a lot of time there), the bedrooms were a good size, each with their own small balcony over the busy street below. Kitchen facilities were complete, tidy and had plentiful supplies of consumables. Luca was very friendly and happy to assist both in and out of the property.
