“beautiful view on lake Barcis”

This townhouse has a beautiful view on lake Barcis and the mountains. Unfortunately the water level in the lake is quite low, due to construction work. It is a very nice Italian house, very clean and well-groomed with an eye for detail. We also received a warm welcome from the owner. Although the house is close to a road, the traffic noise is limited: only in the weekend at daytime there was regular traffic. The house is surprisingly cool, which is a plus in the summer! The house comes with an easy reachable parking spot.

It was clean and comfortable, fully equipped with utensils you might need during a longer stay, and really spacious. The surroundings are well maintained and were all green during our stay. Really nice view on the lake and mountains from one of the bedrooms (there are 2). There is a private parking like 30m away, also well maintained. With a short walk via the nearby picnic area you can get to the small town of Barcis, taking a path just next to the lake. We really enjoyed our stay!

Brilliant location overlooking Lake Barcis, short walk from the town & facilities. Very good restaurant close by which was reasonably priced with good food & wine. Good communication from the host & handy parking near to the property, house had everything needed during the stay. Added bonus our 2no dogs were welcome to stay also for a small extra charge.

Very spacious and comfortable traditional home. Michele the host was very helpful and generous. The home made a good base for walking in the area. We were able to walk to two good restaurants locally.

We liked everything about the place. It was right on the lake, a short walk to town where the people were extremely friendly, the apartment was nice and cool when it was hot outside, Michele was great and has thought about everything you may need. We will definitely be returning.

We couldn't even dream of a better place than this one! Everything was beyond our expectations. Starting from a personal welcome by the kindest host, Michele. He prepared a whole basket of local snacks, pastries, jam, and beer. It was very touching and sweet. The house itself was very spacious and well-furnished. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need (we were regularly cooking there and didn't notice anything lacking). All 3 bedrooms were very clean, with comfy mattresses and pillows. Also, it was very easy to regulate the temperature inside the house. Since it was freezing cold outside, we had to regulate the thermostat, so it was very warm in the house. There's also a washing machine with capsules ready to go, it was super convenient. The view deserves a separate line. It was spectacular!!! We took like a hundred photos as it was stunning! The neighborhood was tiny and cozy. It was perfect for going on trails around the lake. There's a small church nearby too. Overall, it was one of the best family trips we ever had, thanks to Michele and his cozy place, which made us feel at home.
