“Will definitely return to do the magnificent walks.”
Met by the owner and made to feel very special. They were also incredibly helpful and flexible re a later check in. We only stayed one night but it was magical both the view and the local wine ;-)

“Great value for money”
Comfortable, clean apartment. We were also able to use the washing machine which was great. Lovely view of the lake from the apartment. Host was very helpful and friendly. Free parking at the property.

Excellent communication with teh host when booking, as there was like one hour till arrival, so just perfect to chat on whatsapp to arrange the hand over of the keys, some tips for the driving the steep road up to hte holte, it is indeed on a nice place and overall newly built, so what to tell more? functional, stylish and a good place. still, if you want to see mountains, that is the place! Yes the villag eoffers plenty of good small coffee house/bar/shops, it is perfect to see this even in time off season

“A magical hotel in a magical location and in the heart of nature”
Magdalena and her husband built for a few years, with their own hands and with a lot of investment, a really magical new and modern place overlooking the lake and the mountains - an amazing location. We had adjacent parking, the room was large, modern, and included a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bed - everything was really pleasant and comfortable to use. Magdalena, who comes from Munich and speaks many languages, welcomed us with a big and pleasant smile.

“Very pleasant family stay”
Very comfortable appartement, all amenities available. Short walk or ride to the lake. Laundry machine for use. And most of all, a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains

Beautiful location on the top of the mountain and with lake view, very nice apartment equipped with anything you might need and the owner is really pleasant person. The distance to the village is perfectly doable walking with kid in a stroller or bike. Absolutely awesome!

I love all of the things that house and the owner provides. Also the location is excellent because waking up is within lake view and fog... The air is so fresh and pure so is healthy place as well. We are well satisfied even had a business journey.

“Absolutely amazing place for vacation”
Absolutely amazing place with nice lake view in the middle of miuntains. Brand new fully equiped appartement with flat TV, kitchen and space bathroom. We had lovely vacation in Ai Monti and we will come back really soon. Magdalena the owner is beautiful, kind and helpfull. ❤️ and as a bonus, animals (dogs) are welcome.
