The apartment was very well maintained with very nice furnishings. The location was good with many of the sites within walking distance. Food options were also within walking distance.

Everything about it was perfect for us. Stylish, spacious, excellent location and being able to use the gym downstairs is amazing benefit that comes with the rental. Always good to have 2 bathrooms.

“Dissappointment”

The apartment is located in a very central and convenient area of Barcelona, which was the main positive aspect of our stay. However, unfortunately, our experience regarding cleanliness and check-in management was quite disappointing. Before arriving at the property, we had specifically received confirmation that the apartment would be fully ready for check-in at 15:00. Despite this confirmation, we were kept waiting and entered a unit that had clearly not been cleaned yet. While we were already inside the apartment with our luggage, two staff members arrived and rushed through a quick cleaning process for approximately 25 minutes. We were informed that the cleaning was completed around 15:53. The condition of the apartment at check-in was unacceptable for a property in this price range . There were hairs and dirt on the bathroom floor, and the dishwasher was still full of dirty dishes. Even after the cleaning was supposedly completed, there were still clearly visible hairs left on the bathroom floor, which gave us serious concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the property. We documented the situation with photos and videos for reference. For guests paying premium rates, basic standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and proper preparation before arrival should be guaranteed. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

We had a fantastic stay overall. The accommodation is beautifully decorated. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and perfect for a hen party group like ours. There are just a few points that could make the experience even better. It would be helpful to provide two towels per person, along with facecloths for each guest. More water on arrival would also be appreciated, ideally enough for one bottle per guest. Additionally, having extra loo roll available would be useful for larger groups. Lastly, ensuring that the check-in time is adhered to would help guests plan their arrival more smoothly. Overall, a lovely place with great potential, just a few small improvements would make it exceptional, especially for groups celebrating special occasions like a hen party.
