“Disappointing - I do not recommend others stay here”

3 main issues: First, it's located above a metro line, so even on the 5th floor you could hear them through the night. Secondly, the lift button on the 5th floor was broken for the duration of our stay (so we had to use the stairs to get to another floor in order to use the lift). Third, when the staff were asked about the lift button, as it seemed it was broken, they were 'unhelpful'.

“Excellent location and very comfortable stay”

The room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in during my travels. The location is fantastic having the metro right outside made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff were welcoming and professional; Alba stood out with her friendly and attentive approach that really made a difference. I’d gladly return on a future trip

A fantastic location in a beautiful bustling area for shopping and so many great places to eat. Very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom replacing towels, tea and coffee. Staff in reception were excellent and much appreciated.

The young vibrant staff were so inviting and helpful…. Even down to sweeping our sandy floor(which we did) at 10 pm!! The room was well equipped and in a fabulous location with great shopping and sight seeing places within walking distance!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel, the staff were outstanding, the location was perfect, excellent service, clean with great rooms. The breakfast was delicious and our lovely breakfast host gave us the name of her favourite restaurant which was fabulous. Surrounded by incredible architecture including Gaudi’s Casa Batllo, great shopping and restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the city centre, Hop on hop off buses stop out the front of the hotel. I would happily recommend and return to this lovely hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

“Overall satisfying experience”

The location was so good, I think it’s one of the nicest areas in Barcelona and close yo so many attractions.

The location was perfect for exploring Barcelona, the staff were friendly and very helpful. They provided a tourist map and suggested dinner options that we loved. The room and bathroom were spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor shared courtyards and the views. Lovely!
