Everything. The staff is really friendly. Sergiu arranged my taxi for 3am, and it was on time. Great location and loved the free coffee on 1st floor

The room was very clean and comfortable with lovely pillows. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is down a quiet street just off the placa del catalunya. The aerobus from the airport stops just around the corner and the hotel is in a very central location with easy walking distance to the gothic quarter and main attractions. It was lovely to come back to the hotel in the afternoon and being able to access the free coffee and sit inside or outside in the pleasant courtyard style area. Would definitely return.

“Couples overnight stay”

We were offered an upgrade for an extra fee, to a very spacious room with a roof terrace and hot tub. There was a good view over the city. The bathroom was large and had a separate toilet area. The bed was large and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent too with a good choice. The location is excellent for exploring the old part of the city and the Ramblas. There's convenience stores just outside the hotel and a taxi rank.

Staff is friendly and great which I appreciate a lot. Location is at the city center, so we didn't really need any transportation. I like the view, rook was quiet, maybe little small. The breakfest was super good, especially as I like to eat late it was perfect for me to eat around 11.00. I will come back.

I had to move out of Room Mate Anna. Needed to find somewhere quick and Room Mate Pau was a good price, close to the places of Barcelona I frequent and comfortable.

Friendly staff and very helpful. The rooms are modern and clean the location was excellent close to most things and the bus stops and metro are just round the corner including the aero bus stop pl.catalunya.

Amazing room with fantastic terrace, outdoor spa, huge bathroom with 2 sinks , 2 showers and jacuzzi bath. Staff were fabulous arranging birthday suprise with cake, cava, treats and edible flowers. Great location easy for metro to get around all of city.

“Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and service on excellent location”

The hotel is in an ideal location. You can walk around by foot whereever you want. We did not use public transport. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We were looking for a more peaceful side and that's what we got. Sound insulation of woodwork is good. During our 6-day stay, they changed our bed linen twice. There are wonderful people working at the reception desk who will answer your every question or make a suggestion. The breakfast is varied, delicious with fresh pastries every day and fruit, and everything is beautifully arranged. Orange juice is especially good. I would also like to praise the chefs and the staff working in the breakfast room. From 12-18:00 you can drink free coffee in the living room on I floor. I highly recommend this hotel and we will be happy to stay there again in beautiful Barcelona.
