Staying at this hotel was a truly memorable experience for me. When they asked me if I have any special requests, I told I was pregnant and would be very grateful for a couple of extra pillows. Not only they brought all the the pillows in the world to our room, they’ve upgraded us to junior suite, put a big bowl of fruit in our room and signed the most lovely postcard wishing me a wonderful pregnancy. This kind of personal touch I’d keep in my heart forever. The location is absolutely a hit if you plan shopping - it has a great number of shops in the walking proximity and a big shopping mall just around the corner. The breakfast has very good variety. I’d definitely come to stay here again, thank you, dear Constanza team!

The room was very comfortable and clean. Very quiet, private. The breakfast - the same as in any hotel, but staff was very friendly and polite. Location - at first a little bit complicated, but understandable.
