The accommodation is very well located. It is situated right in the city center, and almost everything is within walking distance. The Sagrada Familia is about a 20-minute walk away, and many other attractions can also be reached on foot. The room was very well equipped. If someone wanted to cook for themselves, all the necessary utensils and appliances were available. There was a dishwasher, a washing machine, an ironing board with an iron, and the bathroom was also very good. Hot water was available at all times. Overall, the technical facilities and equipment of the accommodation were excellent.

The apartment is in a great location, you can walk nearly everywhere from there. We stayed in an accessible apartment, as one of my family is a wheelchair user, and the access to the building and the apartment is step free and the bathroom is fully accessible. The apartment is as described and in the pictures, it has everything you may need, including a kitchenette. It had a lovely balcony where we could rest after a day of sightseeing.

“Great apartment in excellent location.”
The location was excellent, on a small quiet street , but very close to restaurants/ shops etc Great communication throughout the experience , very quick to respond. First time using an auto-check in machine in reception, but all went very smoothly. Modern apartment, Combined lounge / kitchen/dining area but plenty of space for 4 and well equipped. Good size bedrooms Lovely balcony

“Lovely, quiet apartment in an elegant and handy location”
This is a quiet place to stay in a cool neighbourhood away from the tourist areas but still close enough to walk everywhere. It’s near local shops, restaurants and convenience stores in a charming old building that has been nicely renovated.

“Great city break”
It was a pleasure and a very pleasant experience to be a guest at this appartment. Everything was as described on booking.com. Good communication with the staff with correct and timely information. Small improvements are always possible of course, such as the "pillow experience", a larger selection of pillows. Overall, pure 10.

Fantastic location, very close to transport options but set back from the road, so restful and peaceful. Apartment was a good size, well laid out and exceptionally clean. Very good facilities, including a washing machine and dryer. Well-equipped kitchen. Two, good sized bedrooms. Good, timely communication from host, who was also willing to provide additional laundry detergent for our use. Self check - in worked well.

“I really wanted to rate this place a 10/10 but unfortunately the water issue ruined it.”
The location was perfect, so close to so many restaurants and shops. Location definitely a 10/10 The beds were also extremely comfortable. The layout of the apartment is great, check in and access was super easy.
