Clean room, comfortable, simple but effective, nice view, AC effective keeping the temperature down, location solid (quiet area, calm, supermarket and bakery nearby which was useful)

Disgusting Had an ant infestation in my room. Literally in the bathroom, my bed. Somehow got into my luggage An entire army of ants

Shower water is hard to set its to cold or too hot betwen that is hard, also window is bas so its big air flow in the room.

It is an place with standard comfort, so I like that not much extras in the room but that is was you need vor a stay in Barcelona.

Place was nice

There is a microwave and a hob, but there are no cutlery, pots or glasses. Only plates and cups are available. Maybe someone borrowed them from home.

Nice and cozy room with a kitchenette, friendly staff, clean and quiet. Pretty close to the beaches. Nice room size.

for academic conferences travel, this is a good choice - it’s close to the Tram and metro, close to the CCIB site, and the facility is good enough for whose who are not looking for luxury accommodation. The kitchen kit really helps me cooking simple food and save the cost. I will definitely choose similar ones for future travels.

One morning, I tried to have breakfast at the hotel's own cafe, but they did not accept cards for payment. I did not try again and was eating elsewhere

The price was adequate for a student dorm room. The metro station was less than 5 min away.

It was a great value for the money. Walking distance to the metro and tram then less than half an hour ride to get to the centre. My room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable. There was even a kitchenette I didn't realize while booking, a big plus. While it's a Student Residence, it was surprisingly quiet. The area and the building is safe. There was a security guard at the main entrance. The area itself is a multicultural place with no problem at all walking even night-time. At least I didn't have any issue. The stuff is kind and friendly. I've found the on site Caffe a bit overpriced but there are take-aways, restaurants, supermarkets in a walking distance so I didn't really use their caffe. I will definitely book again in the future.

“Clean, confortable and close to the metro”

The room was spacious, super clean and new, with private bathroom, desk and small kitchenette with microwave. The whole building was very new with nice shared areas and quiet, which is good for studying, working and sleeping. The staff was helpful. It was a short walk from metro Forum and the tram.
